Clarification on spell.

Per The book of Lost Spells, the spell Molten Strike Described below, has a 10 (ten) minute casting time. I do understant that indeed some spells take longer to cast, however, the 10 minute casting time on THIS spell must be in error. The spell seems to be a combat spell, however the casting time would seem to prevent any resaonable use in combat. Can someone please review this?

Molten Strike 2nd-level evocation Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard Components: V, S, M (a volcanic stone) Casting Time: 10 minutes Duration: Instantaneous Range: 50 ft. Area of Effect: 1 creature Saving Throw: None You draw forth from a volcanic stone all the heat and energy that went into its making and blast it at one creature you can see. The stone must be within 5 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack against the target creature. A hit does 2d6 bludgeoning damage plus 3d6 fire damage. Enhancement: For each spell slot used higher than 2nd level, the attack does an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage and 1d6 fire damage.

It is an error.

The Pathfinder version has a casting time of 1 action (should be 1 standard action). The 5e version should be 1 action.
